I’m Abigail Blake, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C — the provider behind Rx Aesthetics by Ab. I’m a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with a full-time focus in acute care cardiovascular medicine, where precision, patient safety, and evidence-based practice guide everything I do. In 2023, I expanded my clinical practice into aesthetic medicine, earning certifications in neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments. Aesthetics is a natural extension of medicine for me — blending anatomy, science, and artistry to create results that feel refined, intentional, and true to you. My approach is rooted in natural enhancement, thoughtful planning, and maintaining facial harmony, always with safety and integrity at the forefront. Originally from upstate New York, I now call Manchester, New Hampshire home. Outside of work, you’ll find me at the beach, baking sourdough, taking barre classes, or enjoying time on the golf course (more for the sunshine than the score). I come from a big family, love to travel, and share life at home with my partner and our three cats. Whether in the hospital, clinic, or aesthetic setting, my goal is always the same — to lead with care, connection, and authenticity while helping you feel confident, refreshed, and like the best version of yourself.
